Our Team

Erin plays a largely behind the scenes role at CSWA. Her main responsibilities involve strategic planning, marketing, and running the financial business side of CSWA. You may know her as the woman who writes the very honest holiday letter and makes the English cucumber sandwiches for our Valentine’s Day Tea.  Erin graduated with a BA from Willamette University and a Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University. She practiced employment law as a corporate attorney before leaving to raise children full-time and eventually joining CSWA in 2017. Erin’s favorite thing in the world are her children even though she resents that they need to be fed three times a day, every day. Erin enjoys being outside whether it be hiking; walking with friends; going to the dog park with her kids; or sitting around the fire pit with a cold beer.
