Kayla Ross
Originally born in New Mexico, Kayla has called Colorado her home since 2000. She grew up in Colorado Springs, living there for nearly 21 years, as she pursued her passions, both professionally and academically. She then moved away to begin her next journey, spending a year living in Castle Rock before settling in down in Lakewood with her fiancé, Alvin, and their fur babies.
Kayla feels blessed to have a large social network of friends filling her personal life with support, security, and good board games! In her spare time, Kayla enjoys reading, working on her LEGO sets, watching too much TV and spending time quality time with loved ones.
Kayla earned a BS in Business Management in 2018 at University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. While in college, she grew her leadership abilities, working as an Orientation Welcome Leader for the university and fulfilling leadership roles in multiple extra-curriculars. Despite her busy academic life, Kayla worked her way through college, holding a full-time retail position, a position she continued to grow in through the years following graduation. Taking the skills she learned, Kayla wanted a role better suiting her value, and felt that being at CSWA was a great way to evolve her career and gain experience in the finance industry.
